Tulsa-Based Emerald Falls Hires Marketing Firm

Emerald Falls, a master-planned community in Tulsa, has hired IF Development of Georgetown, Texas, as its agency of record for marketing programs.

Emerald Falls includes 800 home sites, an 18-hole golf course, country club, swimming pools, fitness facility, hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, kids clubs and fishing ponds.

Emerald Falls hired IF Development to help with marketing support for the development project, including coordinating with land planners and local builders and facilitating the marketing strategy of the community.

"With the knowledge and tools they have provided us, we have built an exceptional market strategy for the ideal family adventure community, which has already been proven by the tremendous success of our initial builder priority selection event."

During the builder priority event, developers place 106 reservation deposits for home sites and 52 deposits for patio sites.
