With over 300 acres on Lake Oconee just an hour east of Atlanta, the developers of Galingayle enlisted IF's real estate branding experience to create an identity that could stand out in the competitive market for second-home communities near one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Market research revealed an incredible interest in the community's location as well as its unique offering of lake club and equestrian amenities, so we focused on brand development to cement Galingayle's position as a more family-friendly, easily accessible and youthful second home opportunity.
With a series of email campaigns targeting potential customers in the Atlanta and Madison areas, we generated more than 250 qualified leads in the first two months of pre-development marketing. Our predevelopment marketing and demand generation efforts paid off, with Founding Membership reservations filling up before construction in the community began.
