Jeff Novak, Chief Real Estate Strategist

Jeff Novak is a Founder of IF marketing & advertising and specializes in consulting and strategic marketing for real estate developers around the country. He is responsible for translating a client's financial objectives into a master sales and marketing plan, complete with sales forecast, financial outlook, sales compensation plan, and identification of key marketing milestones. His expertise has been shared with clients worldwide, from South Texas to Manzanillo, Mexico, from Florida to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Jeff attended Southwest Texas State University and was highly regarded as a top Offensive Lineman throughout his college career. His football skills earned him numerous College Lineman honors and after college Jeff was drafted by the New York Giants and later picked up in the expansion draft to play in the inaugural season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After a nine-year career in the NFL, Jeff and three other partners started IF marketing & advertising. He has served on numerous boards and speaks across the country about trends in real estate and marketing. His ability to customize marketing programs and his understanding of real estate and the real estate market makes Jeff a great asset to any developer or investor searching for the right strategies and marketing mix for success. Jeff lives in Georgetown, Texas with his wife Kim and four children.
