Larry recently left the Ginn Company after three years of leading the successful Florida developer as VP of Sales & Marketing at its Bella Colina project.
Under his leadership, the sales team at Bella achieved, in just 364 days, sales in excess of $500M. Utilizing a carefully constructed and proven launch marketing strategy, Larry's team sold out the community with sales prices that had never been seen in the central Florida market.
Near the conclusion of the project, Larry was asked to take on the responsibility of training all of the Ginn sales team throughout the country, and he delivered equally outstanding results on other projects where his leadership was exhibited by training the trainers and other leaders of the most dynamic sales organization in the business today.
