As Managing Partner, Tony helps oversee the strategic planning and overall growth of our firm. With strong ties to influential businesspeople throughout the US, he is often tasked with a leading role in recruiting and engaging new accounts. In this capacity, Tony is crucial in business development, product positioning and performing market research for our real estate projects.

Before joining the IF team, Tony was a five-time All-Pro offensive tackle in the National Football League. The five-time Pro Bowler and possible future Hall of Famer was the first player ever drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars, selected as the No. 2 choice in the 1995 NFL Draft. Tony was also the first inductee into the Jaguars ring of honor, "The Pride of the Jaguars". Before professional football, Tony was a two-time All-American at USC, where he earned a BBA. Tony is an active member in his community, regularly speaking to youth and church groups on his experiences in life and sports.
